Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs are Scotland’s largest and most successful hot tub retailer. A family-owned and run business, established in 2007. We are proud to have installed thousands of hot tubs throughout Scotland. At Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs we deal exclusively with global leading hot tub and swim spa manufacturers.
Our large purpose built hot tub showroom is based at Woodhill on the A92 Dual Carriageway by Carnoustie, DD7 7SD where we have all of our best selling models on display. Many models are displayed both empty and running to allow customers to see the high quality finish and outstanding performance. We also stock a large range of water-care products and hot tub accessories.
Our facility is open to the public 6 days a week. You can be assured of a friendly, no hard sales approach by our team.
Our Hot Tub Showroom
Our showroom is backed up by our large warehouse facility. We keep over 100 hot tubs in stock ready for delivery. With containers arriving from America weekly, stock is constantly topped up to eliminate long delivery times for our customers.
Hot tubs are not the only important items in our warehouse, there is also a wide range of parts available for every hot tub we have sold. This means our customers can buy in confidence. Knowing that years down the line should they ever need a part, they just simply give us a call.

Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA and operating out of a state-of-the-art 27 acre manufacturing campus Master Spas are a global leader in hot tub manufacture. The management team at Master Spas has over 100 years of spa manufacturing success.

Grizzly Bear hot tubs were the first in Scotland to bring 0% interest free finance to the hot tub market. We are proud to offer customers a wide range of finance options with 0% interest free credit available on selected models with no deposit needed. There is a No hidden extras approach to our business. Included with every hot tub is over £950 worth of extras with every sale. When many of our competitors charge for items such as steps, cover lifters etc we give you it all free of charge, every hot tub we sell includes,

Sales are not the only important part of the business, we also have a dedicated technical support team on hand 6 days a week to support the thousands of customers we have. The team are backed up by a fleet of vans covering the country 5 days a week, with every van carrying a large stock of parts should they ever be needed, but the back up doesn’t stop there, because we also have a support website that our customers can access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also have water-care videos, all the answers to the most common questions and much more.
