Our Sauna Range
Why own a sauna
The Benefits of a Regular Sauna Ritual
Whichever style you choose, a sauna adds more than just a feature to your garden or home — it adds a routine worth having.
Relaxation & Stress Relief
The gentle heat and quiet of a sauna session offer a genuine chance to slow down and switch off from the day.Muscle Ease & Recovery
Warmth helps relax tense muscles, making a sauna a popular way to unwind after exercise or a long day on your feet.Better Sleep
A calming evening ritual can help settle the mind and body, making it easier to wind down before bed.A Space to Unwind
Whether alone or with family, a sauna creates a dedicated space to disconnect, at home, whenever you need it.These are general wellbeing benefits many people associate with regular sauna use. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before starting sauna use.
Our range of Hekla and Holl's saunas brings traditional Scandinavian craftsmanship together with modern wellness technology, for a home retreat that's as functional as it is beautiful. Available through Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs, Scotland's Wellness Specialists, our collection spans two distinct ways to sauna: traditional saunas, heated by an electric heater and volcanic stones for deep, all-enveloping heat and the option of steam, and infrared saunas, which use infrared panels to warm your body directly at a gentler, lower temperature. Both deliver a genuine sauna experience – the difference is simply how the heat reaches you.
Every sauna is constructed from high-quality thermowood, spruce, or FSC-certified hemlock, engineered to withstand Scotland's climate while delivering a genuinely spa-like experience, whatever the season. Choose from cube, cabin, and our striking curved Moon designs, suited to gardens, outdoor spaces, or indoor wellness rooms.
Inside, you'll find ergonomically designed seating throughout the range, whichever heat type you choose, along with optional upgrades like LED mood lighting and glass fronts to tailor your sauna to your space and style.
If you're drawn to the classic ritual of intense heat and steam, our traditional range is built for that. If you'd prefer something gentler you can sit in for longer, our infrared range is worth a closer look.
