Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs is a family run business with many years of experience selling a wide range of Hot Tubs and Spas throughout the major Scottish cities such as, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee alongside the whole of Scotland. Interview with Colin Jackson-Owner of Grizzly Bear Hot Tub Company

1. What year did you start off your hot tub company
Colin: We started our company in 2007.
2. How did you get into the hot tub industry?
Colin ?: I bought a hot tub in 2005 and thought it was the best product I had ever bought. As it was such an enjoyable product I just wanted to get involved in industry.
3. What is your best selling Hot tub?
Colin: Our best selling hot tub is the definitely the SR3, it’s a great hot tub and very popular.
4. Where was your first hot tub company based?, and what was it called?
Colin: It was in one of our units in Panmure Industrial estate. Carnoustie . Our company name has always been the same.
5. Why hot tubs?
Colin:  I just think the product is brilliant, as I said when I bought one I thought it was the best thing ever. We realised there was a market for selling them so that’s what we did.
6. Do you enjoy running Grizzly Bear?
Colin: It’s the best job ever, I still look forward to going to opening up the showroom every day, especially at the weekend.
7. What’s your future ambition and goals for your company?
Colin:  Our future ambition and goals for our company is to continue to grow the business, whilst maintaining the high level of customer service that we currently offer.
8. What would be your dream job if you didn’t have Grizzly Bear?
Colin: My dream job, if I wasn’t in the hot tub business would have to be a Politician, an MP would be good.
9. What is the most common question asked by your customers?
Colin: How much does it cost to run a tub per week?, we always tell them a realistic cost, which is approx. £10 per week.
10. What does your company aim to offer their customers?
Colin: We still offer the same as we have always done. A great customer service experience from buying a tub to the time we fit the tub to the time it’s up and running before we leave. Give our customers an unbeatable deal but still include a back up service second to none, it’s what we do best!

We have our full range of hot tubs on display with both wet and dry demonstration models for customers to view, allowing you to see the difference’s between each model as well as seeing our hot tubs performance. Our very impressive dark room grizz show 2017x2will allow you to experience the visually stunning and tranquil environment that the LED mood lighting in our spas create in low level light conditions.

Our facility is open to the public 7 days a week at Woodhill on the A92 Dual carriageway by Carnoustie, near Dundee, Scotland. Along with our large display of hot tubs we also stock a wide range of hot tub chemicals and accessories.

We have fully trained staff covering sales, service, parts and administration and we can assure that you will be met with a friendly, no hard sell approach from everyone at Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs. We will give you all the help you need to find the right hot tub to suit both your needs and you budget. We have a private finance area away from the showroom floor where any applications can be made in complete privacy

When you come to visit us here in Angus, Dundee, there is plenty of things to do if you wanted to make a day of it!
Our beautiful showroom is situated in Carnoustie but when your finished its just a short hop to see some great attractions, here is a few things to do:
RRS Discovery– Experience life in the Antarctic with Captain Scott and his crew on the RRS Discovery at Discovery Point.
Broughty Ferry-Broughty Ferry is a pleasant suburb four miles east of Dundee with a good selection of pubs and restaurants.
Arbroath Abbey-Explore the substantial ruins of a Tironensian monastery, founded by William the Lion in 1178, who is buried in Arbroath Abbey
Mcmanus art gallery & museum-The McManus is a magnificent Victorian, Gothic building where art, history and the environment combine to offer a fascinating insight into Dundee.
